  1. Do I need an account to place an order? You don’t need an account to complete a purchase. However, if you register with us, you can enjoy the following benefits through your Veilnicorn Scarves account:
    • Track your orders and view previous purchases
    • Add items and sold out products to your Wish List
    • Save your address and card details so you can shop even more quickly in future

     

  2. How do I place an order on your site? It's easy! Here's how:
    1. Choose a category or collection of hijab from the top navigation menu or search to explore a specific design.
    2. Select your desired piece and click ‘Add to cart’. Once you've added all items, it's time to checkout.
    3. Enter your address, payment method, and delivery details to complete your order. That's it – we'll confirm the order and it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you, with updates every step of the way.

     

  3. Can I add, remove, or change the items in my Veilnicorn Scarves order? Unfortunately, we are not able to make such changes to any orders that have been successfully placed. We strongly suggest that you review your cart before proceeding to checkout.

     

  4. Can I change the shipping address of my Veilnicorn Scarves order? Yes, but please note that we can change your shipping address only if your order is not processed yet. Please Contact Us if you need help changing your shipping address.

     

  5. Can I cancel my Veilnicorn Scarves order? Unfortunately, we do not accept any cancellation requests.

     

  6. How do I track my order? After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us containing all the details of your purchase. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is approved, we will aim to dispatch it within 2 business days.

    As soon as your order is shipped out, you will receive an email from us containing the tracking information of your order. You can also follow the delivery progress under ‘My Order’ in your Veilnicorn Scarves account. Full details on shipping can be found in our Shipping Policy.

     

  7. Do you ship internationally? We do ship internationally. If you live outside Malaysia and would like to purchase our hijab, please send us an email.

     

  8. How long does shipping take? It depends on where your shipping address is:
    • Delivery time within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days
    • Delivery time within Sabah and Sarawak: 5-7 working days
    • Delivery time to places outside Malaysia: 7-20 working days depending on the courier company and the shipping address

     

  9. What couriers do you use for shipping? We use DHL eCommerce to send all of our Malaysia orders. For orders with shipping addresses outside the coverage area of the courier, alternative couriers will be used for the shipment of the orders.

    As for international orders, we will discuss it with you before placing a manual order on your behalf.
  1. What payment methods do you accept? We accept the following payment methods:

  2. What is Buy Now, Pay Later? Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) is a type of short-term financing that allows consumers to make purchases and pay for them at a future date.

     

  3. What are the benefits of using BNPL? Being a payment method that is becoming increasingly popular, BNPL offers benefits such as:
    • Flexible payment options. Most BNPL service providers accept payments by credit card, debit card, FPX, and direct debit.
    • Interest-free instalment, even without a credit card! By using BNPL, you are allowed to convert your purchases into instalment plans of up to 4 months (MobyPay) even if you do not have a credit card.
    • No hidden fees. When you check out with BNPL method, you only pay for what you purchase. You are only charged extra when you pay late or request additional instalments.

     

  4. How do I pay using BNPL method? We currently accept BNPL payments by Atome, PayLater by Grab, and MobyPay. If you already have an account with either of the service providers, just scan the QR code on the checkout page to make payment. Once the transaction is successful, we will process your order and ship it out as soon as possible.

     

  5. What if I want to pay by credit card or debit card? Unfortunately, we are not able to accept payments by both credit and debit card directly on our website for the time being; however, if you would like to pay using your credit or debit card, you may top up your Boost Wallet, GrabPay, or Touch ’n Go eWallet with your card first, then select the particular eWallet as your payment method during the checkout process. You may also link your credit or debit card to your BNPL account first, then check out with the BNPL account later.

     

  6. Do you accept Cash On Delivery (COD)? Unfortunately, we do not accept COD at the moment.

     

  7. Is it safe to order online? Veilnicorn Scarves uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt and protect the data you send us over the internet. Potentially sensitive information such as your name, address, and card details are encoded so they can only be read on the secure server. This information is authenticated to ensure it only gets sent to this secure server and is checked to make sure it has not been tampered with during transfer.

    If SSL is enabled, you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out more information about the SSL digital certificate registration. You will also notice that when you look at the URL at the top of the browser you will see that it begins with ‘https’ instead of ‘http’. This means that you are in secure mode.
  1. What is your return policy? In order to provide our customers with a pleasant, satisfactory, and confident shopping experience, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee on everything we sell.
    • Return any item, any time within 14 days from the delivery date, for any reason.
    • With our 100% money-back guarantee, you can easily return purchased item(s) within 14 days from the delivery date. Once we receive the item(s) back in original condition, complete, undamaged, unused, unworn, clean, with no sign of use or wear, in original packaging, and with all Veilnicorn Scarves item tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included, we will happily refund your money.
    • If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can't accept your return request and offer you a refund.
    • Our 100% money-back guarantee is only applicable to normal priced items unless otherwise stated.

     

  2. How do I return my purchase? Our return process is as simple as ABC and can be done in just a few steps:
    1. Please send us an email and provide us with your ​​​​​​order ID, return reason, and photographs of the item(s) that you would like to return.
    2. A shipping label will be sent from us to you through email.
    3. Print out the shipping label, properly pack the purchased item(s), and send the parcel to the designated location.
    4. Upon approval of your return request, a confirmation email will be sent to you and a full refund will be initiated.

     

  3. Who will bear the return shipping fee? When a return request or an exchange request is made by you, we will send a shipping label to you through email, meaning that the return shipping fee will be fully borne by us.

     

  4. How will I receive my refund? The refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

     

  5. How long will it take before I receive my refund? On receipt and acceptance of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7-10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

     

  6. What are your exchange policy and conditions? Our exchange policy and conditions are as below:
    • Our exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
    • Only wrong, defective, or damaged items may be exchanged.
    • A purchased item can only be exchanged for another item of same design.
    • To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be in original condition, complete, undamaged, unused, unworn, clean, with no sign of use or wear, in original packaging, and with all Veilnicorn Scarves item tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included.

     

  7. How do I request an exchange? Our exchange process is as simple as ABC and can be done in just a few steps:
    1. Please send us an email and provide us with your ​​​​​​order ID, exchange reason, and photographs of the item(s) that you would like to return for an exchange.
    2. A shipping label will be sent from us to you through email.
    3. Print out the shipping label, properly pack the purchased item(s), and send the parcel to the designated location.
    4. On receipt of the item(s) and acceptance of your exchange request, we will process the request as soon as possible. An email containing the tracking information of the exchanged item(s) will be sent to you as soon as dispatch is made.
